I've been researching about food for a few years now and what I have walked away with is this:

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to eat whole, natural foods. What that means is that if it comes in a box, it isn't what you need. You want to eat food when it is closest to it's most original form as possible. I could go on and on about stuff like this. If you want I could make a separate post going over things I've learned.
