My sister Tif and I enjoyed a little "Costco talk" yesterday. We talked about all the healthy things to buy at Costco. I like the Muscle Milk a lot for the 20 grams of protein in only 160 calories. And I really like the large, burlap sac of "Gluten Free" Basmati Rice. I'm a huge fan. It's the only white rice that doesn't upset my stomach and I hear, has a much milder effect on blood sugar levels. Nectarines, string cheese, yogurt...I especially like these individually packaged frozen chicken breasts. They are good with everything and so convenient to thaw in the fridge and have ready for the next dinner. What's on your list when you shop at Costco? Or where do you prefer to shop and what do you shop for when you buy groceries?

Tuesday while my out of work husband
was out making contacts, he stumbled
upon a great find. Blue Chip Group & Country
Fresh Farms. This store and packaging company
is a treasure trove for gluten free products.
So last night after work we went exploring. Oh My!!

biscuit mix.I was very excited for pizza, Yes that is dinner
tonight.
Blue Chip Group also has regular food choices all packaged
for home storage. They are located at 432 W 3440 S Salt Lake City

Questions about "COUPONING"
Okay, I am totally a hater on this subject. I admit it. I find couponing to be a silly waste of time because whenever I see it, it's always products that we don't use-- so I fail to find the redemtion in puting all that work into getting things my kids won't eat.
But I consider you all to be an intelligent group of women-- has anyone tried it? What do you guys think? Be brutally honest. Am I just missing something?
And I was thinking this morning-- what if we used the power of couponing for charity? Would that work?
