One last post before my family comes...so you take whole wheat bread, spread a thin layer of real mayonnaise on the outside of each piece. On the inside, layer avocado, turkey, ham, tomato, and a good thick slice of provolone. Throw it on the George Foreman (or in a frying pan) with a little non-stick spray and you've got yourself a nummy sandwich and very filling ("no kidding, that thing is loaded with calories," you say).
